Topsail ISLAND Info
Topsail Island (pronounced “TOP-suhl” by the locals) is a 26 mile long barrier island. Topsail Island is divided into three main communities: North Topsail Beach (where Beachfront Breeze is located) on the North End, Topsail Beach on the South end, and Surf City which is roughly half-way between them. Surf City is the most developed area and extends over the bridge onto the mainland. This is where you will find the majority of shops and restaurants.
There are only 2 ways onto the island, the bridge in Surf City and the bridge in North Topsail. The closest cities with airports are Jacksonville NC and Wilmington NC.
Dining Info
Some restaurants and shops are only open in the summer months. Most do not take reservations. Definitely call before you go, they can get very busy in peak season.
Splash by the Sea
Located in main level of Villa Capriani. Splash has a great menu and bar, indoor and outdoor seating and can accommodate larger parties. Also has a kid’s menu.

Seaview Pier Restaurant
Walking distance from Villa Capriani, Definitely not fancy, this is the pier you see from the balcony of Beachfront Breeze. Great old school burgers and hot dogs, seafood, BLT’s and lots of breakfast items.

Island Delights
50’s themed diner and one of our favorites spots to eat and have ice cream with our family. They have been scooping ice cream for kids on the island for over 30 years. Traditional grill food, milkshakes, malts and over 20 flavors of ice cream.

Riverview Cafe
Located in Sneads Ferry, Riverview has been family owned and operated since 1946. Ask a local where to get the best seafood in the area and Riverview is likely the answer you will get. Traditional NC seafood, steaks, chicken on a large menu. They are known for their pies which vary daily but their lemon meringue is a favorite.
